Helmed by Together Hospitality (Tetto Rooftop Bar), this expansive 200-seat, Mexican-inspired eatery and bar brings a refined, all-occasions evolution of the Comuna Cantina concept to Newstead. Transforming a former cafe site near Waterfront Park into a vibrant, hacienda-style hub, this venue caters for everything – from morning coffee and run club meetups to date nights and large celebrations. The flexible, weatherproofed space (crafted by Alkot Studio and Unita) pairs park-side ambience with colourful interiors, while a broad menu spans share plates, fajitas, nachos and tacos (from classic fillings to snapper and steak), plus burritos, bowls and picnic packs, all backe
