Formerly Tide on the Jetty, The Consortium QLD team has sought to fill a gap in the suburb’s culinary scene, offering a fresh, share-style pan-Asian menu that highlights local produce, such as Mooloolaba tuna and local prawns. Dishes like lobster sandos, barbecued prawns, and master-stock-braised pork belly with soba noodles showcase bold flavours, while the cocktail menu – inspired by Asian ingredients like oolong and black sesame – complements the food perfectly.
