Anja and Jonathan Ede, owners of Café Alfons on Chevron Island, took over the former Parkway space in Robina and transformed it into Harvest Foodhouse, a rustic, welcoming venue that blends thoughtful design with a menu packed with hearty, flavourful dishes. With a capacity of 110 diners, they’ve created a seamless dining experience by separating the kitchen for takeaway and dine-in service. The menu features standout dishes like smashed avo on Byron Bay pretzel, whimsical pancake tacos with caramelised peaches, and a beef and French onion dipping sandwich. For a heartier option, the Harvest Feed delivers a massive big brekkie, while lunch includes options like chamomile-smoked Atlantic salmon and crab ravioli. Premium Adore coffee, cold-pressed juices, milkshakes, and matcha-based drinks round out the offering, with treats handmade by Anja, whose family has been baking in Germany since 1898.
